The Wellmore Centre opened in New Philadelphia, Ohio in July of 2018 with the vision to deliver personalized high quality behavioral health and substance abuse services for adults from Tuscarawas County and the surrounding area. The Wellmore Centre’s approach is respectful, fostered by the welcoming staff of the Wellmore Centre who have extensive experience and training in helping individuals overcome the challenges associated with addiction, mental health and trauma. 

Striving to meet service gaps within the community at large, the Wellmore Centre provides specialized care to residents of the local homeless shelter and recovery housing entities. Our philosophy to provide the highest level of holistic care may include connecting individuals to other services provided by our community partners who share in the mission of helping those who suffer from problems related to addiction, trauma and other behavioral health concerns.

The Wellmore Centre provides Behavioral Health (BH) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services under the certification standards of the Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services department (OhioMHAS). The Wellmore Centre is a National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site.

The Wellmore Centre offers teletherapy for clients who desire online services. We can accommodate phone calls and video calls.
