Diagnostic Assessment

The Wellmore Centre's personal approach to assessment is individually tailored to meet the needs of each client. Assessments are conducted one-on-one with a licensed therapist with the goal to develop a collaborative plan for treatment. Our counselors use the assessment process to help clients gain a deeper understanding of what types of treatment might be the most helpful in meeting their mental health needs and/or substance use issues.

Individual, Group, Family and Couples Counseling

The Wellmore Centre offers personalized clinical services for clients who may need individual, group, family and couples counseling.

Drug and Alcohol Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP)

The Wellmore Centre’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides treatment for individuals suffering from addiction. Our IOP program is available six days a week at various times to accommodate our clients availability to attend. Additionally, the Wellmore Centre provides a telehealth option for all of our listed IOP sessions. IOP is ideal for individuals stepping down from a higher level of care and for individuals who wish for local community-based treatment.

Substance use Disorder (SUD) Case Management

Wellmore Centre clients access needed social services. Case management services provide the type of support needed to help individuals put together the pieces of their lives that have been damaged including: linking for housing assistance, employment services, assisting with managing the criminal justice system, coordinating important medical appointments, assisting with linkage for continued education, and social skill and relationship skills support. The functions that comprise case management - assessment, planning, linkage, monitoring, and advocacy – are designed to fit the needs of the client, rather than making clients fit a prescribed set of services. Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST)

Mental Health Case Management

Designed to assist adults with mental health challenges to gain access to needed healthcare, housing, transportation, employment, social relationships, and community participation. The case manager acts on behalf of the client to make sure they receive the best services needed to support recovery. Vocational assistance included.

Referral and linkage to psychiatric services

Our agency has a psychiatric certified nurse practitioner who provides consultations and evaluations. The partnership between psychiatric services and the Wellmore Centre staff assures that clients receive well-coordinated personalized care and that prescription monitoring is well supported. This referral and linkage is conducted on-site at the Wellmore Centre’s New Philadelphia office.
