Fees

The Wellmore Centre provides Behavioral Health (BH) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services under the certification standards of the Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services department (OhioMHAS). Fees are set to align with the Ohio Department of Medicaid rates. Clients with Medicaid receive all applicable services at no charge in accordance with their state benefit package. For those with covered commercial insurance, co-payments are expected at the time of service. Payment is expected at the time of service for those who are self-pay and others who are involved in specialized services, such as the batterer intervention program.

The Wellmore Centre will provide individuals who may be eligible for coverage through Medicaid the necessary information to assist them in securing coverage.

NOTICE TO PATIENTS:

This practice serves all patients regardless of ability to pay. Discounts for essential services are offered based on family size and income. For more information, please contact the office.
